Is this the same as a regular annual sweep?
It includes the same annual sweep and inspection, plus membership perks: priority scheduling and member pricing on any repairs found, which a one-off booking doesn’t include.
Can I cancel if I move or change my mind?
Yes, ask us directly about our cancellation terms when you sign up, we don’t want to lock anyone into something that no longer fits.
Does this cover emergency repairs too?
Membership covers your scheduled annual visit and gives you priority booking and member pricing if something else comes up, but emergency response is billed per our standard emergency service terms.
