Our workmanship guarantee
If something we built or repaired fails because of our workmanship, we come back and make it right. The exact coverage period for your job is stated on your written quote and final invoice, so there’s never a question about what’s covered or for how long.
Manufacturer warranties
Caps, chase covers, liners, dampers, inserts, and stoves carry their manufacturers’ warranties, which we register or hand over with your paperwork. Where a product offers an extended warranty for professional installation, our certified installation qualifies you for it.
What’s not covered
- Damage from new weather events after the work, such as hail strikes or storm debris (that’s an insurance claim, and we’ll document it for you)
- Pre-existing conditions we documented and recommended repairing that were declined
- Alterations made to our work by others
How to make a claim
Call or email us with your name, address, and a photo of the issue if you can. We’ll look up your job records, photos included, and schedule a visit. If it’s on us, we fix it, no charge and no argument.
