These terms govern estimates, scheduling, and work performed by Chimney For Dallas across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Booking an inspection or accepting a written quote means you agree to the terms below.
Estimates and quotes
Inspections intended for a repair quote are free unless stated otherwise when you book. Every quote is written, itemized, and fixed: the price we put in writing is the price you pay for the scope described. If we discover additional damage mid-job that changes the scope, we stop, document it with photos, and get your approval before any extra work or cost.
Scheduling and access
We confirm an arrival window in advance. Please provide safe access to the work areas, including driveway access where roof work is involved, and secure pets during the visit. Weather-sensitive work such as masonry and crown pours may be rescheduled for cure-quality reasons; we’ll tell you as early as possible.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work described in the written scope unless a payment schedule is agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit, which is stated on the quote itself.
Workmanship and materials
Our repairs follow the CSIA standard and are covered by our workmanship guarantee, described on the warranty page. Manufacturer parts such as caps, liners, and inserts carry their manufacturers’ own warranties, which we pass on to you with your paperwork.
Liability
We are licensed and insured in Texas. Our liability is limited to the work we performed and the amounts paid for it; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not work on, or for damage we documented and recommended repairing that was declined.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, let us know as early as you can; there is no fee for cancellations made before the day of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
